Our company was established 35 years ago in 1990. We have developed, acquired and sold residential and commercial income properties during that period Serving both US and international investors. We are unique as a real estate brokerage in that we are full service. We offer services for real estate acquisition acquisitions, sales, asset and property management and leasing all with the objective of maximizing the return on investment from our clients' real estate interests. How do you screen tenants?
We review credit scores, income, rental history and references to find qualified and responsible tenants who will care for the property and maintain rent obligations.
How are maintenance and repairs handled?
We coordinate our own crew members and qualified vendors, oversee work, and communicate updates. Owners approve larger expenses, and routine requests are handled promptly with our own crew. Routine repairs and maintenance services are provided by our crew members to our tenants who are in direct contact with the crew member assigned to their building. Work requiring special skills is provided by outside vendors whose work and fees have been screened by our staff,
Do you work with out-of-area or international owners?
Yes. We have worked for many years with both local and overseas property owners. We have often coordinated the regulations of U.S. and other countries for U.S. property investing.
How often will I receive updates on my property?
Monthly, quarterly and annually. We provide regular financial reporting and check-ins, with additional updates anytime something important arises. You will always know what is happening at your property.

Fees are based on property size and level of service. We keep pricing transparent and aligned with the long-term performance of your building and local commission rates.
